Khach san Hai Quan - The Marine Hotel

Really pleasant place, quite area and confortable room. Anything works well and the staff is very gentle and smiling.

No so many activities around. You need walk 30 minutes or take a taxi for some food or meet other people.

Very frendly staff, cheap price, nice location!

I was here arond 5 days. During all this time the room was never cleaned, they didn’t even take out the trash, they brought bottles of water a couple of times and that’s it. Initially there was dust in many places, I spent an hour cleaning on the first day of moving in.

The hotel owner is helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as well. Will recommend and book again here :)

Great location, just about 200 mts. from the beach. Very clean locality with seafood stalls nearby.

The location was peaceful and not far from the beach to walk. Our hostess was always incredibly helpful and assisted us with all our queries.

Many of the hotels in and around this area are empty with very few tourists. It may have been the time of year that we visited. The location in terms of dining was a little secluded. More restaurants will be required to service customers coming to this area.

It was clean and reasonably priced.

No onsite food or anywhere nearby which wasn’t clear in the description when booking. Anywhere for breakfast was at least a 15minute walk.

Cheap hotel with decent location by the beach but kind of far from restaurants or shopping. Good hotel if youre doing things on the cheap and dont care about anything extra

Staff was nice enough but not very helpful with questions you might have. Wasnt able to help us book anything in regards to bus tickets or bike rentals and had no info of where to go and book these things. Did our laundry for us which was nice but charged us more than the room cost to do it.

Very comfortable bed & modern hotel.

Our room was not so clean, water bottles were refilled with tap water, some garbage still laying around in corners of the room. Staff was also not that friendly, they did not care about us and did not speak a word english.

The property is located in a safe and cute newly built.

You could hear everybody all day, from doors slamming to people talking. The beds were not very comfortable and we found some cockroaches. The staff was not welcoming.

The employees were friendly but did not speak any English, not a word. So it was hard to communicate with them, especially when you want to book a tour or something. However, we eventually did manage to book a trip, after using translate a lot.

It's located next to the sea, but in a newly built district, where there are no restaurants, shops or cafes yet (the closest are 20min walk away). The staff doesnt speak English (but just use Google translator). The main disadvantage - super noisy in the morning, because you hear everything from the corridor (elevator sound, kids running, doors squeaking)

While the owners english was minimal she made sure that I was very well taken care of via google translate. The room size was decent and the breakfast for 40k was good. I would suggest booking the breakfast via booking.com as it's the same cost as they charge at the hotel although the lunch and dinner seemed overpriced on bookings website as the cost is just 40,000 unless you want alcohol(charged separately either way) The bed was comfortable and the elevator works(if you are not on the first floor)

The staffs are really nice, room very clean amd comfortable, the quality of bed is so well!

My room water is little hard to control hot and cold, just only adjust little bit, the temperature of water changed extremely
